PVE Guidebook for Internal Security Forces

In 2022, the Hariri Foundation supported the Lebanese Government, particularly through the National Coordination Unit for Preventing Violent Extremism, in mainstreaming PVE concepts and practices among several units of the Internal Security Forces (ISF) and municipal police across Lebanon. The foundation contributed to the development of a PVE training curriculum, in the form of a guidebook, for municipal police personnel in collaboration with ISF. 

The guidebook included training modules aimed at building common understanding, revealing collaboration opportunities, offering relevant case studies, and generating innovative solutions to prevent violent extremism.
