Since 2001, the Hariri Foundation has been organizing the Annual Educational Conference of the School Network of Saida & Neighboring Towns, bringing together school directors, teachers, and representatives from parents’ and students’ committees. This annual event serves as a platform to address emerging challenges and explore potential solutions in the educational sector. In partnership with the Lebanese Ministry of Education & Higher Education, the conference facilitates the sharing of effective practices and the development of advanced educational tools and engaging programs.
The conference features a variety of activities, including networking sessions, capacity-building workshops, consultations, and strategic planning sessions. These activities culminate in the creation of concrete annual plans for the school network and the formulation of policy recommendations for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. By fostering collaboration among educational stakeholders, the conference contributes to the continuous improvement of the quality of education in Saida and its neighboring towns.
