- Mainstreaming Local School Networks across Lebanon
Year
2020 – Present
National
In partnership with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Hariri Foundation launched a national initiative in 2020 to mainstream local school networks across Lebanon. Drawing from the successful model of the Schools Network of Saida & Neighboring Towns, the program aims to enhance communication and collaboration among schools in various regions. By establishing networks that facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise, the initiative connects local schools with national and international educational institutions.
Through ongoing support and follow-up from the Hariri Foundation, the program ensures that the established networks feature a range of capacity-building and engagement activities for their school communities. It is designed to strengthen connections among educators, students, parents, and the broader community, fostering an educational ecosystem that is collaborative, supportive, and continually improving. The initiative reflects the commitment to enhancing the quality of education across Lebanon through a unified approach and a focus on sustainable development.
