Providing Social Assistance

The Hariri Foundation provides social assistance to households in need as well as to workers in the sectors most affected by emergent crises. Today more than ever before, the foundation regards this assistance necessary in light of the socio-economic crises and its ramifications on households. This assistance aims to confirm to those groups the existence of a social safety net that continues to provide social protection through difficult circumstances. 

The foundation uses a vulnerability index to determine target beneficiaries across lists provided by its social observatory. Beneficiaries receive the grants in the form of cash transfers through automated and anonymous systems.
