Founded in 1982 by the Hariri Foundation, Rafic Hariri High School (RHHS) is a private educational institution and a UNESCO-associated school named after its late founder, H.E. Rafic Hariri. Originally established as New Saida School “Saida Al Jadeeda” as part of the Kfarfalous Cultural and Medical Compound, the school relocated to its current state-of-the-art campus in Saida in 1988.

RHHS serves learners of all ages through its four divisions: preschool, elementary, intermediate, and secondary. It offers diverse academic pathways, including the Lebanese Baccalaureate in both English and French, the American program, and the International Baccalaureate Primary years and Diploma Programmes.

Since its inception, the school has been dedicated to nurturing empathetic and global citizens equipped with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It provides a safe academic space where learners can inquire into meaningful and relevant issues, guided by a mission to develop the knowledge, skills, and character necessary to contribute positively to local and global communities.

RHHS fosters a culture of learning that values innovation, creativity, curiosity, and sustainability. The school encourages students to take actionable steps to protect the environment and preserve natural resources. Beyond academics, RHHS offers a variety of extracurricular activities, including civic engagement programs, sports, and arts clubs, to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.

The school also prioritizes inclusivity, offering support for students with mild to moderate learning difficulties and special needs. With over 2,500 graduates and nearly 1,500 current students, RHHS continues to uphold its commitment to providing high-quality education. Its dedicated, highly qualified teachers prepare students for success in college and beyond.
