In partnership with the National Committee for Public Schools and with the support of the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education, the Hariri Foundation introduced the Technology-Based Literacy Program to promote information technology literacy among public school students across Lebanon.

This initiative included the modernization of existing information departments through the integration of school information system software and the creation of new IT units within public schools. As part of the program, 225 public schools were equipped with computers, and 450 administrative staff members in South Lebanon received specialized training to enhance their digital proficiency.

The program aimed to build a culture of IT literacy, empowering students and administrators to navigate and excel in a digitally-driven world.
